Hello,

We recently upgrade our server from 6.5.4 to 8.5.

After the upgrade I did not perform compact on databases. Mail files seems to be working fine. But there is a strange problem for one of my user.

When user opens up mail file, or archive file, he gets an error message, "Type mismatch or external name UIMEMODOCUMENT". User clicks Ok then again gets message, "Variant is not an object".

I performed following tasks on his mail and archive file.

1. Compact -c both mail and archive files, now ODS is 48
2. Load fixup
3. Load updall
4. Replace design with Mail85 template
5. verified there is no design referesh/replace lock on forms and agents

but still no luck.

Any idea what is wrong or what else I am missing?
